Fieldgate bridges the internet gap

Endress+Hauser reckons its Fieldgate web server provides the perfect bridge between field instruments and the internet. It enables remote monitoring, remote diagnosis and remote configuration of up to 30 HART transmitters anywhere in the world. Perfect for applications such as web-based inventory management, Fieldgate allows, say, raw materials suppliers to check tank or silo levels at any time and account for them in production planning. By monitoring the configured level limits, Fieldgate is able to perform operations such as activating the next supply.
