Weigh labelling system offers remote servicing on the Net

A new weigh labelling system from Bizerba contains a built-in web page generator that allows internet access for the analysis and correction of faults.

The remote diagnostics facility of the GLP printer allows it to be accessed remotely from a personal computer, anywhere in the world, using a standard web browser. On connecting, the remote user sees an image of the display control panel and can operate the device using click-on keyboard graphics. The problem can be easily identified as a hardware or software issue, and, if necessary, the GLP can be reconfigured via the internet.
