Ford moves to common
rail
Schenck
pegasus has completed work to upgrade 20 hot engine test cells at
Ford Motor Company's Dagenham plant to accommodate engines with
new Common Rail diesel injection technology. The enhanced cells
will be used to test Duratorq engines. New PCs have been added to
each cell running advanced test and diagnostic software, linked
via a CAMBUS network to a central engine monitoring and management
system
