Ethernet fieldbus gateway features integrated web server

With Ethernet gateways from Deutschmann Automation, a linkage of all conventional fieldbuses with Ethernet and Fast Ethernet is possible, as a continuous flow of information is guaranteed. Profibus, Interbus, CANOpen, DeivceNet, Arcnet, MPI and RS232/485 rank amongst the fieldbus protocols currently offered.

The 32-bit RISC processor that is integrated in the gateway guarantees a high data throughput and minimum delay periods. The gateways feature integrated web servers that allow web sites to be dynamically loaded. To achieve, this, they use the HTTP protocol, the FTP protocol, SNMP and ICMP, and feature a memory of 4MB. The interface parameters can be configured on PC with the free Wingate software. Remote maintenance is possible, with the firmware being downloadable via the network. The gateways measure 90x125x75mm.
